Forms of Payment Accepted
Davenport House accepts the following forms of payment: Credit Cards (Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover) and gift cards. In addition, cash, check, and venmo are accepted at our pop up events only.
Returns and Exchanges
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges, but for store credit only.
- The item must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the original shipping date.
- Any discounted or sale merchandise are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Please enclose a note with your name and phone number explaining the reason for the return or exchange in the return package.
- You must include the original receipt from your package for all returns/exchanges, and the items must not have been used, altered or washed, with tags still attached.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping and handling charges.

We also aim to dispatch all orders within three (3) working days subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. All orders are shipped via FedEx (some exclusions may apply). Shipping cost is a flat rate based on the dollar amount purchased.
Orders 0-$150 = $10 Shipping
Orders above $150 = Free Shipping
Sales Tax
Local taxes, if applicable, will be added to your order. An acknowledgment of your order will be sent by e-mail. Please note that you must supply us with your valid email address in your order to receive your electronic order confirmation.
